How is Geometry related to 3DAnimaton and how can I learn it?

I’m doing a 3DA course and it says that I need to have some knowledge on geometry, something of which I know nothing or little about. I need to learn how it is involved and also what programes or websites you can use to help with the two together???

There is a course many people take in high school called Geometry. Most schools in reality teach the logic of mathematical proofs using the shapes of things as the subject matter of the proofs. There is also a course taught at many high schools sometimes called analytic Geometry or sometimes called PreCalculus. In that course the shape of the graphs of certain algebraic equations are investigated. Computers calculate very rapidly. They are good at evaluation equations. The image on the screen can be thought of as the graphs of a large number of equations.
