I don’t know what the difference is, or even what non euclidean geometry is, but i do know that euclidean is what you are taught in school. (but you probably already knew that).

Euclidean geometry applies to plane surfaces like The sum of angles in a triangle equals 180
but non euclidean geometry is 3 dimensional
Form a triangle on a sphere from the top to the equator and the sum of the angles of the triangle would be more than 180
Put simply Euclidean if for a plane and non euclidean for 3 dimensional
togeteher they make up our world
