James: How hard is the exam for property and casualty adjuster license in Tx?
I’m going to be going to kaplin to take their 4 day class on property and casualty adjusting. After the class you take the Texas state adjusterlicense exam. Just curious how hard the test is. Has anyone taken the class a kaplin before?

You need to be pretty familiar with all the information BEFORE you take that class. The class is just a refresher, and discussion to clarify any points you might have questions about. If you haven’t studied and prepared PRIOR to the class, you won’t be able to pass it.
Kaplin is a great course. But you can’t rely solely on the course, to “teach” you everything you need to know. There’s just too much information.
Answer by HGCityThe Texas Adjuster’s License Exam is not very difficult. It’s 150 questions and you have to get a 70% to pass the test. I would review the material before, during, and after the Kaplan class. As long as you are paying attention and understand the material you should not have any problems on the exam portion.
