I heard it does from all the oil and grease from the grills and stuff.

Well, in some ways yes. If the oils splatters on your skin a lot it can cause break outs.

Also being in fast food places it’s usually warm where you work, if you sweat excessively it causes some break outs in some people too.

I would think so. All the heat can cause clogged pore. Make sure to wash your face.
