Just copy the text in the word document then go to Microsoft paint, create a text box full enough to fit the text in. then paste the text, save it and go to where you saved the file and set it as background.
Nick,
First, understand that doing this is going to absolutely kill performance on your laptop. Understanding that risk, convert your word document to HTML by using the Save As tool, and choose Web Page from the drop-down list. Save this to any directory of your choice. Next, open the Control Panel, open the Display dialog, click the Desktop tab, then click the Browse button to select the web page you just created. Click the Open button. Then click the Apply button in the Display dialog, followed by clicking the OK button to save your changes.
Don’t blame me for your now sluggish laptop…best of luck.
Answer by Aidan HarriIf your word document contains lots of pictures, text, formatting, etc its not that easy to make as your desktop background but if it just contains text or pictures you can copy and paste them into an image editing program of your choice save as any image format then presuming your using vista do the following:
right click on desktop –> personalize –> desktop background –> browse –> locate your image –> apply
Answer by TheFamousFive4Copy the whold doucment or take a screenshot of that area then paste it in paint or PowerPoint. IN paint save it as an image file. In PowerPoint right click on the picture and click “save as picture”
Then set it as your background image.
The other way is saving your document as a webpage then setting the webpage as you background, this is pretty good as you can add links and sellect text from the destop wallpaper.
