Michael M: How do I import a Harley Davidson Motorcycle into Spain?
My research has found there may be a 6% Duty fee and a 18% VAT fee. Are there any other fees such as conversion fees? (government required fees that can only be done by a registered importer to convert the motorcycle to European / Spanish specifications). Also, how much would it cost to register and title the motorcycle? Any help would be appreciated!

Ask Harley if their bikes meet the regulations in Spain b 4 u buy some thing that you may not be able to register/ use.

You can buy them in Spain. No need to import yourself. It’ll be cheaper too. Just sayin’.

That’s just an American version of the old moto guzzi. You can probably buy one of those for less and it probably is a better bike.

It’s more convenient and possibly less expensive to buy one there.
They arrive with all the required changes, no modification required.
