A?: How do i deal with a disrespectful younger brother?
So i am the oldest brother in my family and my youngest brother who is 16 and i am 19. I am nice and kind to him everyday but he only gives me a rude comment for every little thing i do(example: me watching the syfy channel on a day that nothing good was showing on tv and he called me a nerd). I am tired of it, when i told him to stop being rude to me he didn’t take me serious. What are some good ways to deal with my situation?

im sorry but the only way to show him your not kidding around is to be a little more aggressive if u know what i mean. or a norther way is to show him that the little comments dint get to you by ignore him and in time he’ll get it and wont bother you trust me it works and if it dont you can all ways kick his little ass!
When he replies with a snide comment, look at him and reply with something witty that will confuse him or just ignore him completely when he is rude like that. As I said in another sibling question, use the guilt trip. A good way to handle the situation is by doing something incredibly nice for him, talk to him about how you think he should act around you, and spend a little more time with him. It’s obvious that he is trying to get your attention while making you feel inferior, don’t let him. But, be calm and kind about it.
