Em: What can my brother do about playing football?
My brother plays football at his high school. He failed 3 out of his 8 classes. They school is saying that he cant play because of his grades and him failing classes. We live in Alabama and the counselor said that he couldn’t play anywhere in Alabama because of his grades. Is there a way around this so that he can still play?

Well…most colleges will not look at a player until he has atleast a 2.0 GPA (a D average). Judging by the way this question is worded, It seems like your brother has talent and Is looking to play in college. That being said, he should work on his grades and get them back up before he can play.
