hi im Aimee im quite good at gymnastics i can do forward and back walkovers, cartweels one handed cartweels, about 11 hand walks, one side splits, roundoff, handsprings, running summisolt, just about a fly spring, on bar a curcle up and with help a round off backflip (not a tuck back) (a back handspring) but i want to be better any moves i could learn at home on my own plz plz help any tips on frount split or anything else plz help me. I want to get good enught to be exepted for a team i go to a gym but to be exepted for the team i have to be better its all i want plz help me

You sound good enough for me!! you sound like a level 4 maybe 5. I would look into a different gym if at all possible because when a started i could not do any of that and they put me on the team anyway!! but if you really like the gym or your coach then you should consider taking private lessons. and for your splits a good way to learn them is to sit in a straddle against the wall and keep pushing the straddle bigger. it might help to do pushups and pullups and strenght stuff because a lot of coaches look for flexibility, strength plus of course the skills.
