I have a school dance coming up and at every dance I just stand there looking stupid. I don’t move my arms and I don’t bounce. I’ve tried looking at other people and even asking my friends but I just can’t get it. I feel stupid just swinging back and forth or clapping my hands. So if anyone could explain it to me or send me a link to a video that shows dancing casual, that would be awseome! Thanks!

This is a art of choice. Like some people like to play baseball, some people like football, some may like gymnastics and so on …
Similarly dance is upon your liking.
If u go to a dance class and learn a few casual steps, u will not stupid moving your arms and your legs on the dance floor.
all u have to do is forget about everyone around on the floor and enjoy and u will be doing the best dance on the floor. U donot require to be a expert to dance at a school dance party. U just dance to enjoy the party.
