I would call your bank or PayPal.

PayPal’s Customer Service Helpline: 020 8605 3000

Press option 1. Then there will be an automated system where a man talks. He will then ask you about your phone number that is verified on your account, your account number details such as security codes and then just follow instructions from there.
The reason why I recommend you to call them because they know whats happening to your account like the transactions and any funds that are being transferred to your PayPal account. And when you ring up they’ll have all your details straight away.

Or as an Alternative

Log into your actual bank account (not PayPal) and see if there are any transactions that are pending, or if there is a “Stop A Payment” or “Stop A Transaction” link.
