Ok lets say someone is pleaded guilty of murder and is sentanced 30 years in jail. He spends 20 years and then someone finds evidence that he DIDNT do it. he is released cause he is innocent. does he get anything because he spent 20 years in jail (i.e money)?

No. If he pleaded guilty in the beginning, the court acted properly.
