One of my best friends says she wants to have sex with me. We have cuddled before (naked) and sexual touching, kissing and other stuff. I want to know how could my friendship change with her if we have sex? Thanks.

but you shouldn’t be cuddling naked or sexual touching a friend
you are already way beyond friendship and if you don’t have sex with him then all you are doing is teasing him
