How can you tell if someone has fallen in love?

Char: How can I tell if he has fallen in love?
About three weeks ago, he told me that he thinks he is falling in love with me. He is attentive and affectionate. He is not much of a talker though…and hasn’t mentioned if he “has fallen in love.” I would really like to know, as I am really falling for him.
I am 50 years old and he is 53, if that helps.
