Modus A.: How can I stop my brother from spending all my other brothers inheritance?
My brother is conservator of my other brother. He sold my brother’s house and took the money for himself and fixed up his own house. While he put an addition on his house he also put my brother in a “group home”. I have gone to court over this in the past and he just lies to the judge. I don’t have the finances to be a conservator.
