My question is: How can I make it so that if someone Googles the woman’s name that the search will come back with a site/post stating XXXXXXX is a SCAMMER???

Forget Google: Report it to the police. Keep your copy. If it’s enough money, get a lawyer or go to Small Claims court. And/or maybe her boss can help get the money back, since it was a coworker.
