Parts of the Patriot Act have already been found unconstitutional in the courts. Also, the authors of this screed, John Yoo, and the fascist Professor Viet Dinh labor under a cloud of suspicion.

Please, for the record, show me where the Patriot Act is in conflict with the Constitution.
