ellagirl: How can I keep my sex drive high at various points in the month?
I always have the most energy and desire to have sex when I am ovulating, and also when I am having my period. I am pretty sure it has to do with the hormones. I am just wondering if there are ways to feel energized and wanting to have sex at other times in the month? What are some tips to keep my sex drive higher at other times of the month? Does exercise help, or are there certain things I should eat more of?
