Kevin: What the problem with tight foreskin during sexual intercourse?
My foreskin is tight. The head of penis is barely visible.
I want to know what will be the problem with the tight foreskin when i will do intercourse with my wife.
I am masturburating for last many years without any pain/discomfort.
I am a bachelor and have never indulged in an intercourse-
So i want to specifically ask ‘will there be any problem if i indulge in intercourse with tight foreskin without wearing condom (so as to make her pregnant with sperm flow)’ ?

There is a cream you can get from the doctor that will help stretch the skin.
Your GP can give you ctram for this.Answer by eric w
You have a condition called phimosis.
This is usually caused by individuals forcibly retracting the foreskin of an infant or toddler to clean the penis (which isn’t necessary) and results in scarring the tissue of the normally elastic foreskin opening before it has a chance to fully develop with the rest of the penis.
There are treatments which don’t involve the radical mutilation of circumcision. Circumcision is never necessary, and destroys at least 50% of the sensitivity of the penis, resulting in diminished sexual sensation and vastly diminished orgasmic intensity.
If you type in phimosis on your browser, you can find a number of treatments for your condition which don’t involve circumcision, ranging from creams (which really don’t work for more severe cases) to stretching gradually and gently to enlarge the opening.
Should your case prove severe–there is a small cut, a dorsal slit or mandarin cut which can enlarge the foreskin opening to allow for normal retraction.
Doctors generally don’t tell you about alternatives to circumcision as they make money from the practice and are members of or influenced by minority religious groups that try to impose male genital mutilation on others.
Don’t let them talk you into circumcision. It is never necessary or desirable and can destroy your sexual ability.
For a list of doctors who aren’t intent on male genital mutilation you can contact Doctors Opposing Circumcision
