I Sadia: How can a laptop be forced to connect to an external monitor?
I have a laptop with a damaged screen. How can I force the laptop to connect to an external monitor without being able to navigate with a screen?

NO it will not work, dont ask but it has been proven and tested.

Hold the Fn and tap the F* and wait a few seconds. Repeat if needed.
F* is the Function Key or other key that has an old rounded rectangle TV screen image on it. Like old CRT Monitors.
Answer by Tomaif you look on the sides or the back of the laptop
check if it has either a VGA output, HDMI output,S-video output, orDVI output
if they dont have any of those then you cant
