Leticia M: How can I find a new home for my loving Boxer male?
We live in PA, have a 1 1/2 year old great tempered pure bred Boxer, AKC registered, neutered, up to date with shots. Great with kids and very friendly. We need find him a new home. He is free to a good family that can give him the time our family can no longer. We love him but have his best interets at heart. He has to spend to much alone time and that is not fair to him. Help if you can be the new loving family this dog needs.

Check with your vet to see if you can put up a flyer in their clinic. Also, google for boxer rescue in your state. Many of the rescue groups will even foster him until they find him a good home. Very tough decision especially with the children. I wish you luck.
maybe I can adopt him. I want a dog.Answer by ulcrm
Surrender him to a boxer rescue. They will try to find him the best home possible. They will take applications, do home visits, call references, get the dog vetted, etc. All in all they will everything they can to ensure that your dog will get the best home possible. Good luck to you. Be wary of every potential adoptor if your giving him away free. Please surrender him to a rescue so they can do the necessary checks.
If you love your dog, give him to a rescue. They are experienced in rehoming dogs.
Answer by saddlebred_championI’d love to have a boxer again, maybe I can take him. Let me know. Please e-mail me.Answer by Diane S
Is there anyway possible a family member, friend or even neighbour could take him? That way you will still be able to see him and be a part of his life even if it’s only in some small way.
Not many people would put the animal before their own feelings. That’s true love for sure.
If this is not possible I would google for the Boxer rescue nearest to you. They will find a loving home for him. The families and homes are all checked out before an adoption can take place. He will only go to someone whom they are really sure will love him and care for him the way he deserves.
You love him too much to let him just go to anyone. I pray he will be able to stay in your life in some capacity.
Bless you for putting your dog first!
Answer by sophylakesCALL YOUR BREEDER!!! alll reputable breeders will take/demand that their dogs be given back if for any reason you cannot keep it….. if it is from a non-reputable breeder/puppymill, contact boxer rescue… you may try to alter your lifestyle so you can live up to your commitment…Answer by Raven
You are a really great person!!!! I know a lot of states have classifieds—like the american classifieds. A lot of times you can post a free ad in the paper (as long as it is not business related). Also, a lot of people post ads in the post office. Also, you don’t just have to let any one have him. Make sure the family that is interested will really love and care for him like you do!!!
