I’m sixteen years old and my clitoris sticks out when i stand up. Its very large and i’m thinking of trying surgery? Sometimes when I were certain things it hurts.

Don’t even think of reduction surgery. Virtually every guy things a girl with a large clitoris is great! How does the length of it compare to your thumb? If it’s no longer than your whole thumb, then it’s perfectly OK. Plenty of women have a clitoris a couple of inches long. Make sure you are able to retract the hood — soak in the bath and then pull the hood gently back to expose the glans. A large clitoris is much more fun.
