Abstinence_Education: Why do people get away with calling sex as “making love” doesn’t it sound misleading?
Does it concern you like it concerns me? People hear about this and get the idea that “sex” becomes acceptable if they call it by another name, “making love” but there are serious consequences that extend beyond diseases and unwanted pregnancy. Would you agree love comes from the heart and not penis?

Love does come from the heart, but it doesn’t matter what you call it. People are always going to try to justify doing it, because people do not publicize the consequences that come from it.
Nah I don’t take it literally. It just sounds a little nicer than “having sex”. They know it’s the same thing.Answer by ♥G~G♥

I agree that loves has to come from the heart. However why do you think sex is so bad? Not all people that have sex regret it later on. “making love” has turned into a euphemism for having sex. It’s just a little more romantic and more gentle and all nice rather than just saying sex. It’s the attitude that comes along with the phrase “making love” that makes it alright for replacing it with sex.
I find “making love” to be completely acceptable.
Answer by ♥kk♥OMG! it is really funny that u mentioned this b/c i was just thinking about this the other day. my ex bf used to always say that to me how he was “making love to me” and we werent just having sex and to be completely honest, it irritated the hell out of me. love has absolutely NOTHING to do with the physical “affection”, its a deep connection that comes from knowing each other’s spirit, so to speak. you cant “make love”, love is either there or it isnt and you cant form it by having sex and just calling it another name.
lol it is sooooo funny that u brought this up, i cant get over how weird it is! =)
