Jill: Does a nipple piercing hurt more than a clitoral hood piercing?
I am considering getting my nipples pierced, I am a little scared because everyone says how horribly painful it is. On the other hand though I had my clitoral hood pierced, and I didn’t think that was all that painful. I am just wondering which people think is worse. I know everyone pain tolerance is different, i just wanted to get a general idea.

yes it’s hurts more than ear piercing! just hold your breath and you won’t feel it. i’m scared for you honey
wow you are brave! sounds like you like piercings in painful places, haven’t had either of these places pierced but I’d have guessed that a clitoral hood piercing would be worse!

Wow what helpful previous answers………
I have both my nipples and (vertical) clitoral hood pierced.. My VCH didnt hurt at all.. My nipples however.. OUCH! Well worth the pain though, I love them! Nipples tend to take at least a good solid year to heal up 100%, they can be tricky sometimes and give you problems too.. Be prepared to take care for them as long as it takes for them to be healed!
If youre really worried about the pain, you can go get just one of your nipples pierced and see how that goes.. But in my opinion, you should go in and get them both done at the same time, the really bad pain only lasted less than 10 seconds for me.. Just make sure you have a good piercer and everything should be done quickly and smoothly =)
Answer by AlishaI agree with Sinopa. My hood piercing was cake, it hurt less than earlobes, and healed in a week. Getting your nipples pierced is one of the most painful things I’ve ever done, by far the most painful piercing, and they can take up to a year to heal- DEFINITELY NOTHING LIKE A HOOD PIERCING. All your nerve endings in your breasts end in your nipples, and your mamary gland, and when you’re sticking metal straight through it, it hurts like f*ckin sh*t. Make sure you’re going to a piercer who has done them many times before, so that you’ll know he/she has a steady hand, and experience with making straight piercings. Mine weren’t even and ended up almost being rejected and now I’ve got a big scar. It goes by fast though so if you’ve got your adrenaline built up, just go for it! It’s so much fun, and they look great!Answer by Matt
It is awesome and does not hurt in the least. Tattoo and pierce away.
