Abstinence_Education: Do you agree the primary orientation is sexual and the secondary is romantic?
Should we be lumping everything together as a one size fits all: the sexual orientation? Some people may have a romantic orientation that is actually different than their sexual orientation. This is very common for asexuals, not all of whom are aromantic.

It actually varies from person to person.
My bi girl friend likes guys more than girls, but thinks that there is more passion when dating a girl, and more romantic dating a guy.
My other friend, who claims to be “asexual” sometimes is bi who likes guys and girls equally well think it’s the same romance/passion in both.

im not sure i read the question correct, its still early =/
but if your asking/stating what i think you are then i completely disagree. i am not a fan of sex, in fact i truly dont like it. i think it takes all the romance and love out of a relationship and strips it down to physical lusts and desires, confusing what the term love means. when in reality love has nothing to do with sex. i am completely a romantic. i like being intimate WITHOUT actually fooling around or having sex, and yes there is a way to do that. romance should be about love and love shouldn’t be about sex.
i hope this is what you were talking about, at least in the slightest way, or else i just rambled on about nothing…lol =)
Answer by Into The NightI’m with kk. For me, emotional orientation is primary. Sexual is way back in terms of priority. But it varies among individuals.Answer by Lucky SW
