gamingguru: Do i need Higher Computing to apply to a Computing Course in college?
I am currently in 6th year in my school and i am studying higher chemistry, maths, geography and intermediate 2 english. I am interested in applying for HND in software development or technical support in college in Scotland. I want to know if need higher computing to apply for computing courses.

Depends on the school and the major. The more you learn now the easier it is. I would also suggest taking intern jobs as it helps you get valuable job experience which trust me is extremely important. I would also start playing around with computers and programming. Call up the school you want to go to and ask the Dean in charge of the computer part what he recommends or what they would want. Really though, look into helping on open source projects like gimp, mozilla firefox, blender, etc. Also in volunteering to help at tech division of companies or a tech company.
