R D: What is the difference in the criminal justice system & juvenile justice system?
Explain how the rights of an adult in the criminal justice system are different than a juvenile in the juvenile justice system. Why is there a difference?

The age of the person who committed the crime is the difference. Juveniles are not as harshly punished as adults.
Generally the juvenile courts try to rehabilitate, keep kids in some sort of school, get them treatment. The adult system is pretty much about punishment.Answer by Vishal
