Things You’ll Need:
* Canned broth
* Can opener
* Freezer
* Spoon
Step1
Open the can of broth from which you want to remove the fat.
Step2
Place the open can into the freezer.
Step3
Leave it in the freezer for about five to ten minutes.
Step4
The fat will congeal on the top. Remove it with a spoon, and voila, you have defatted broth!
