How can I convince my mom to let me date? I just asked her, she said not until your 16. I am currently 14, and I have two huge crushes on two guys at school. Most of my friends have already started dating. How can I convince my mom to let me? Plz help!

.Mom’s right…but that doesn’t mean you can’t have male friends and hang out. Just no going out on dates…easy. Ya can’t really do any significant dating until you’re old enough to drive anyway.

So get to know the boys…you need to know how to socialize with them when you are old enough for one-on-one dating.

Listen to your mom, she is right–you’re too young to date and you should wait until you’re older. You may think she is wrong but believe me you’ll thank her when you get older.
