I dance a lot too, and I found during ballet I would stiffen up. I was told to take yoga classes, because it helps your balance, and muscle relaxation. It will help you be less tense, and to relax your body.Answer by aaron d

augh. my mom told me that once and it just made me more tense cuz I was thinking about it that much more.
But now I got a lot better.
Learn some basics like the shuffle from side to side in Hitch and then add whatever movements you like and what the music makes you feel like doing.
Hard to explain but it’s true, you have got to not care what people might think (although they probably aren’t watching you so they don’t think anything!” and just have fun with it.

Why are you stressed up? if its because its to fast for you than practice, after a while its going to be less tense and every thing! But if not well don’t take dancing as a must take it like if you’re partying with you’re friends 😛
