Shardai K: What kind of dancing exercises can I do to get ready to dance again this season?
I havn’t danced alot this summer and I need to know some exercises and stretches to practice before I start dancing in my classes again next week. I take Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Modern, Lyrical, Pointe and Repertoire. Please Help!

lots of stretches and leg lifts and reach for the sky
Get your pointe shoes back on and get use to them.Answer by ADDiiCTED_2_dance
-start stretching everyday!
-practice your leaps & turns
-crunches to keep your core strong
-kicks (battements)
-try putting on your pointe shoes and doing some exercises (safely and take it easy at first as it is ur first time going on in a few months)
– put on your tap shoes and practice a few basic steps such as time steps, buffalo step, maxi fowards, ect.
