I am facilitating a Sexual Violence Safe Space training seminar for RAs at my college, and the head of Res Life has asked me to include a section on how to respond if a perpetrator of sexual violence comes in with questions. As I have undergone Advocacy training, I have a lot of information on how to respond to victims, but virtually no information on dealing with perpetrators. Are there any resources available to me in putting this training together? Web site links are preferred.

counselling sexual abusers or family violence abusers is vastly removed from advocacy. it requires years of training and should only be done by qualified professionals.
i think your response, should you have deal with a perpetrator, would be to refer him to an appropriate counsellor.
i would be inclined to invite a qualified counsellor!!~!
