a. approximately two mashed bananas makes one cup, depending upon their size
b. unsweetened chocolate = baking chocolate … you can also try semi-sweet chips or a good dark chocolate with a high cocoa content
c. yoghurt, depending upon the recipe, can be substituted for miracle whip, mayonnaise or sour cream
d. one cup = 8 oz.

Are you serious? Lemme guess you are in culinary school (please don’t let it be the CIA). Anyway…One cup is equal to eight ounces, yogurt has several substitutions and if you want to cook (sounds like your a dough-ho though), I recommend doing your homework. Good luck.
