♥: cat……………..?
So I’m a HUGE animal lover all the way, and when I move out of the house, I’m going to get alot of animals like Dogs, Cats and other animals……. Except I’m kinda scared because I can’t handle deaths of animals… Like back in january, my cat Skittles past away, and I was just sooo upset, I was crying my eyeballs out. It broke my heart. So I’m really worried how I’m going to handle it when one of my cats die…… What If my parents lived somewhere far far way from where I live? I wouldn’t be able to take it… When Skittles died, I was having trouble breathing. But luckily my parents were there for me. So how am I going to handle it… And please don’t say, “Don’t have any pets” because I want pets…………. Thanks(:

grieving for the loss of a loved one (yes, pets count as loved ones) is a normal part of life. i don’t know if you have had any losses besides your cat, but the first loss is usually the worst (usually). just remember the good things, and put up some nice pictures of your deceased pets where you can remember them fondly
Having more than one animal can help the grieving process as you will have one to comfort you if the other passes on. It may be a good idea to get pets of different ages, so that it is more likely that you will have time to grieve.
Making sure you have mementos and pictures of happy times with them can be comforting once they are gone as well.
Answer by KyrieI know how you feel my cat passed away December before Christmas. I was cry and so sad i could not breath well. My cat Skitty was like my best friend i loved her so much. She will always be that one pet that stays in your heart forever. But then my mom and dad got me a new cat and it was all good. Is super hard and it always will be. Its up to you. The thing is you need to perpar your self if you get a petAnswer by Spencersmom
I’m the same way with my pets!is always soooooo sad when they die.hat made me feel better is it’s a proven fact that if you think about an animal that has died it’s energy is around you. If one dog say dies then u have others to comfort you. When I’m grieving for a lost one my pets especially cats make me feel better.I think u should have pets. U need to learn to deal with death. I mean what if a person who u are very attached to dies? But remember my moto ” thinking about death takes away from living.
