Mike: What careers in chemistry are available to me?
I’m very interested in chemistry. I’m a sophomore in high school. I was wondering what the difference is between organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, etc. And also, what would I have to do to get a job as a pharmacist? Or something which would be creating new drugs or finding new chemicals?

BIOCHEMISTRY: is the study of the chemical processes in living organisms. It deals with the structure and function of cellular components such as proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, nucleic acids and other bio molecules.
In order to become a pharmacist..
you DEFINITELY need to take Chemistry.
Maths shall be there . Maths is the purest of sciences ( Though its an Arts subject ) . Don’t you do Mathematics in Chemistry ( Chemical Kinetics -Reactions ) and Physics.
