Yes they have fiance visa’s.
You don’t apply for the visa. She does, in the US. She has to do it online, make a biometrics appointment, print out the application, then as soon as she has had her biometrics captured she has 2 weeks to send in the printed application, biometrics packet, any supporting documents, her passport and 2 passport photo’s.
Right now it is taking around 8 weeks to process fiance and spousal visa’s.
