Incest is a sexual relationship between blood relatives.
No sex, no incest !

The POSSIBILITY of a Sister and Brother WANTING to get married is called DESIRE .
Still no incest has been committed.
At any rate Sisters and Brothers SHOULD love eachother.

it’s called a family – whether like it or not, but siblings are supposed to love each other. Whether you hate your siblings, they are brothers for life.
other asumption is, in church we called each of us brother and sister in God.

other alternative : when you married a brother then it’s called incest and their kids will have some handicaped.
but will not happen if your brother is adopted from another completely different seeds of DNA.
