I am 12 years old and I have almost no breasts yet, all my friends have very noticable ones, and I would like to speed up the process, dont say i’m just not old enough yet, because I know that, I just want to speed up the process, so please help me.

honestly its genetics hun! some girls breasts (but also their weight) increase with birth control. but the majority of it is purely genetics. try wearing padded bras, dont worry the majority of women do! i did until i had surgery

yeah u can use a push up bra that really works.. and also sumtimes if ur wearing a tank and its not see-through, u dont have to wear a bra and it makes them bigger

i am told there is nothing you can do, i hope you and i can solve this little issue because i am really sick of being flat chested. I think the only thing that i can think of is to gain weight.

usually when people gain weight they get bigger breasts.Try,I’m not specialist but eat healthy fats,not the saturated stuff like burgers and fries but like try eating chicken or fish.Too much beef and pork is too much fat and is unhealthy.

YOU’LL GET YOUR BOOBIES IN TIME! FOR NOW I WOULD RECOMMEND GETTING A COUPLE PAIRS OF GEL INSERTS, THEY’RE PRETTY CHEAP (WALMART/MAIDENFORM) AND SNEEK THEN INTO YOUR BRA TILL YOUR NATURAL BREASTS SHOW UP!

well, I’m 12 too, I have pretty noticable ones too, but, i do know a way to help them not sag. It would help them look bigger, and it’s easy. Wear your bra at night, it helps. Honestly, I do it. It takes a while but it prevents them from just looking like they’re down to your nees and thats not attractive… at all. well, this is getting to long so just try it!! good luck!! =D

im sorry but why in the world would you want bigger boobs? thats dumb. if you want boobs at the age of 12 the only thing you can do is wear a padded bra or stuff..
the other thing you can do is just wait for them.
theres no one to impress when your 12..

The most careful way to get breasts is to drink milk. I know it’s weird, bur drinking milk provides calcium, and the calcium goes through your circulatory systems that pumps blood. The blood then goes into your chest, puffing up the breast tissues. Being a 12 year old girl you age, I found it hard to get breasts. Now that I’m older, I understand that boobs are not the most important part of your body. Well I hope you find my answer suitable and safe for your age of 12 years. Hope this advice works!

Sorry sweetie, there isn’t much you can do to make them bigger until you start growing more. Gaining weight sometimes can help, but at your age, it might not. I didn’t get breasts till I was 16, and you know what? They aren’t all they cracked up to be. You could always use falsies, or very padded bras. Fredrick’s of Hollywood has a water bra that increases you up one cup size. But other then that, you’ll just have to wait your turn.

Try not to be in a hurry to grow up too fast. Enjoy your time now.

I’ve heard many different things. Someone told me chicken makes them grow really fast.
& sleeping with a bra on stunts their growth so maybe thats what you are doing.
