Sarah: How do you apply for a house number in the Philippines?
My husband and I have moved in to our new house in the province. Our house does not have a house number yet.
How do I apply for a house number so I can receive letters or mails?

Go to the city/town hall or the Barangay hall to get help. Its safer to do that than guessing or making one on your own.

Follow the numbers within the neighborhood. Usually odd numbers on one side, even on the opposite side. Then just stick that house number on your wall or fence.

Try checking the land title if it states any or you may ask the mayor’s office for one.
