You can get a green card, but your can not apply. Your brother has to. He has to file form I-130
Whatever you do, do not go out of status on your F1. Leave when it expires, or you will never get the green card.

yes, eventually it will be possible but it takes at least 11 years and much longer if you’re Mexican or Filipino. your brother would need to file an I-130 immigrant petition with USCIS in the US. However, until your petition is valid for use, or current, it wouldn’t provide you with any immigration benefit at all. So, he can file it tomorrow, but you’ll have to find another way to stay after you finish school or leave, or you’ll wind up not being able to use the petition when it finally does become valid.Answer by texan1950
It may be possible. The relative visas (I130) is a visa where the citizen can petition a close relative wife sister brother mother or father to come to America. I am not certain if you are here under another visa, if that would cause you a problem. I could see a situation where it would.
You don’t give enough details to give you a better answer. Such as where are you from. How did your brother become a citizen and you didn’t. This background plays into the scheme of things.
