Na Na: Why should a father exercise visitations rights if he has a newborn daughter with a woman?
Why should a father exercise visitations rights if he has a newborn daughter with a woman. He does not want a child and the law says he does not have to. He is not in trouble with the family court. Because he did not violate a court order. The court say that he only has to pay $ 15 month in child support becase he will not have a job for the next 18 years, becase that is what his father and his father lawyers advice him to do so. This is 100 percent legal.

how is he going to support himself without a job for 18 years? well it is his choice if he wants to not see his child but i think it’s a coward move and his loss.
Because he’s the father and has the right to see his child. You chose to make a child with a louse, so you do have to allow for him to see this child. If you want more child support, get a lawyer and take it back to court.Answer by maccrew6

well if he wants to be homeless for the next 18 yrs just to avoid paying child support, I guess that is his choice. Personally I would tell him to get another lawyer though.
