Felicia Ann: Anyone know of any way to make breasts smaller besides surgery?
I wear a size 40 L bra. I lost 50 lbs but my breasts pretty much stayed the same size. I don’t want to have surgery because I heard that many women that have breast reductions can’t breast feed and I plan to have children someday. Anyone know any other way to make them smaller?

Well you could do a couple of things. You could become to love your boob size, get surgery, or lose weight. The main part of your boobs is fat so the more weight you lose the more boob fat.
Good luck to you!

well sadly, the only way to go is to loose more weight. maybe since your looking at them all the time you havent noticed them getting smaller but they really are. boobs are fat though so just go run around the block a few times every day and you’ll be good.Answer by Miss Lady
you may end up needing surgery. the only thing i can tell you is to work out your upper body and turn it to muscle. sorry hun and good luck.Answer by Alicia
I have the same problem. The only thing that has made mine smaller in breast feeding. After each child my breast have shrunk a little. But just wait until you get pregnant and breast feed. Mine where huge. I think that they are doing much better with not damaging the breast now so that you can breast feed though. If you were to talk to a surgeon and tell them your concerns they would give you an honest answer as to whether they thought they could do the procedure without harming your ability to breast feed. Even if they did they have medication that can make you produce more milk.Answer by Go Gators
Hi Sweetann,
Sorry to tell you this, but, no, the only way to reduce your breast size is to have a reduction. And that is not recommended when you plan to breast feed.
The breasts are comprised of fat; if you dissected one it would look exactly like yellow chicken fat. All the exercise in the world won’t shrink them. You certainly could tone the underlying muscles; that might make a difference. Best of luck to you!Answer by Terri
If you are overweight working out will help.
If you are a healthy weight the ONLY option is surgery.
You CAN breastfeed after a reduction.

If you lost weight and that didn’t make them smaller then I would say your second best option is to wear sports bras, that will at least hold them in.
