How to answer when asked at a job interview: “How do you expect to be supervised?”?

Brandi: How would you answer this question at a job interview: “How do you expect to be supervised?”?
The position is- Medicaid Eligibility Specialist (Caseworker) with the State.

I would think that in that sort of position there wouldn’t be a lot of supervision. So, I would say something along the lines that you’re fine with any amount of supervision but would be perfectly capable of working with minimum supervision once settled into the position.
