My ipod cannot be connected to itunes and its really annoying me. Its also annoying me that I have to ask this because I’ve googled this and I think I’ve tried everything its explained to me…Please help me identify my ipod!!!!!!!!!!!!! it’s brand new, and my old ipod is detected perfectly. I registered the new one and everything….I’ve restarted the ipod, I’ve used different cords to connect it, I’ve “safely remove hardware”, I’ve restarted the computer..but I haven’t tried downloading the new itunes because my computer won’t let me…

turn off any virus sweepers and firewalls and try to download it again, then your ipod should be identified with the new itunes

how does your computer not let you because the thing you need to do is download the newest itunes version
