DzPshr13: Am I the only one who feels this way about breasts?
Obviously, there is a pop culture feeling on breasts that dictates that bigger is better. I hear and read men insulting women for having small breasts. I hear and read women complaining about their breasts being too small. However, I’ve found that, for the most part, As and Bs tend to be much better looking than large breasts. I don’t mean, if you’re my girlfriend, I’ll accept you (I would, but that’s not the point). I actually tend to prefer smaller cup sizes, and I hate implants (they don’t look or move right). I always feel bad when girls get down on themselves because of their breast size, though I don’t know that it would be particularly appropriate to say, “you have very nice looking breasts,” to a woman you aren’t dating.
Anyway, am I alone in this? I’ll take answers from men with your preferences and why, or women with any experience you’ve had that either supports the reasoning behind the insecurity or shows that this isn’t an uncommon opinion.
@ Rica: I can understand where you’re coming from. However, I usually hate this response, but I have to say that you may just have to be a guy to get it. Even we don’t understand why, but we think breasts are wonderful things.

I am also partial to smaller cup sizes. It definitely comes down to personal preference. Many girls feel insecure about their breast size due to what the media has “taught” them was beautiful.

i am male and i actually prefer small breasts. In fact i don’t mind small breasts,but i DO mind too big breasts ,so i would avoid them.^^

I’m perfectly happy with mine, but some women are insecure about themselves. Many women compare themselves to the “perfect” bodies they see in the media and get down on themselves about any imperfections.

I really don’t want to insult anyone either, but I feel the same way. The bigger they are, the faster they sag and the bigger the chance they’re covered in stretch marks.

I don’t see why breasts are such a big deal anyway, unless you’re a baby suckling on a tit. Our culture tends to focus way too much on something that is primarily essential for the nourishment of a newborn. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone goes gaga when looking at a cow’s udders.
I understand that it is common in western cultures to view a woman’s breasts as something sexual. Some of us do not realize this but the media encourages this. Advertisements emphasize large breasts (cleavage mostly, because we do not want to be reminded of the nipple) as what is beautiful and sexy. It’s all about marketing. It is just how our culture conditions men particularly to see breasts as something provocative. Why do you think we have to hide them in the first place, while in other cultures (like parts of Europe) it is the norm to have them exposed without thinking it is inappropriate or shameful.
My point is this: It is not that it’s not okay to appreciate certain parts of the female figure, it is that it has become such an extreme obsession, encouraging women to go under the knife to please themselves or others. Then after all that surgery, they may realize how unrealistic it all really is. People will tend to not be attracted to “fake” or super big in reality, because they are more attracted to the fantasy created by the media.

Personally I agree about the fake thing. The last Friday the 13th movie was proof that they look different. But some guys like that. Thankfully since I am pregnant I get a temporary taste of natural Double D’s!! Yay! They are a lot of fun! Then I will go back to reality and be average again which I am very comfortable with. As for my husband he enjoys the temporary largeness but will tell me in a heart beat that he can’t wait until he can get his hands around them again. He prefers B and C. Being fair though it’s just like the bigger the better with penis size except getting an implant isn’t as easy for guys!

Yeah, I agree. I’ve never been attracted to large breasts. Fake breasts are so gross. And I don’t get why so many women want to be super skinny, it looks unattractive and unhealthy. The media messes with people’s heads.

yah…my friends with big boobs, they tend to look saggy.
i think they look good with a shirt on thought.
i have a small B cup and every guy thats seen em has said they are perfect because they are exactly a hand full haha.
after i have kids and my boobs have fallin down a little i will get implants but not big ones.

My girl has great breasts. Legendary, in my eyes. They’re basically between a B and C, and they’re simply magnificent. 🙂

I’ve never been one for large breasts anyway. As their bearer ages, gravity starts to take its toll. Smaller breasts look better over time. And they feel great to play with. 😉

Sometimes I’ve wished mine were smaller because I’m quite short and skinny so most girls my size have smaller breasts and mine can look a little out of proportion. So I can see how a guy might prefer that look. I think there are people attracted to all types and sizes. I don’t think many people are into implants.

Guys have been very pleased by how big mine are though and gone on about it, so while I’m sure you’re not alone, so far I haven’t met a guy like you. I’m getting used to them now, I guess it’s kinda cool they’re so big because other women would want that so I should at least appreciate it seeing as I can’t do anything about it.
