Amy: 250 Calorie “Mini Meals”?
I am looking for some 250 Calorie “Mini Meals”. Not weird foods that are way out there, nor am I looking for “recipes” I have to cook. I am looking more for combinations of foods that are healthy and easy to put together. For instance: 6 oz carton of Yoplait Light Yogurt and 1/4 cup low-fat granola.
Please give me any suggestions you might have.

for lunch and dinner you can buy the “lean cuisine ” meals they sell almost everywhere they are low in Cal’s for snacks , try sugar free jello it barely has 10 Cal’s put some non-fat wipe cream on it which also is low in Cal’s

How about doing shakes and meal bars, snack bars 100 calorie snacks. You can find most of this in your grocery store. Diet isle , breakfast isle and snack isle. I have stuff like slim-fast shakes(200 calories), oatmeal(160 calories), special k 90calorie cereal bars, Quaker breakfast cookies(170 calories), Nabisco 100 calorie pack snacks, slim-fast snacks (120 calories), slim-fast muffin bars (140) and I usually eat a salad with chicken or a diet dinner from freezer section for dinner also eat every two hours small amounts
