What should I tell a co-worker who trys to dump her work on me?

: What would you tell a co worker who trys to dump her work on you?
My co worker got permission to leave work early and thought shed just delegate the rest of her work to us. When I told her she still had 45minutes before she was leaving and to get done what she can she started giving me alot of lip.

You tell her that it is great that she gets to leave early but that you don’t and you have your own work to do. Unless they are going to pay you her pay for the remaining time of the day she can do her own work. If she tries it again let her know that you have no problem letting the boss know.

She has a lot of nerve.

I’d say something like
“If I get time tomorrow I’ll be glad to help you catch up but I can’t help out this afternoon, I’m afraid – I have a report to finish. Let’s meet up in the morning and see where you’re at and how I can help.”

if it occasional tell her I ain’t gonna do your work for you

Just tell her politely that it would not be possible for u to finish her work co u have got to do a lot of work … and say that if she has time she can do it on her own or may be tmro…
