Well, I also prefer ladies wearing panties rather wearing other types of shorts.
Yes, your are right that ladies feel comfortable while walking briskly, also some ladies who are desperate to prove that they are much sexy. It might happen that those ladies seek for opportunities to have some foreplays within short time or it might happen they want to allure guys or they want them to get hot or somekind of things, lol…

It’s all about being careful when you’re wearing a miniskirt. If guys are getting a look at your underwear then you’re letting them. I always wear panties with my short skirts, even thongs. I’m just careful when I do. If you’re sitting down then cross your legs. If you’re walking up the stairs, make sure someone isn’t following closely enough to see up it. However, if you’re wearing thongs or panties with your skirts then you do have to be comfortable with the fact that some guys probably will go out of their way to try and catch a glimpse, so just know that and if it bothers you that a guy might see your butt or underwear then you probably should put a pair of shorts or something on.
