: Why should the Constitution and the laws of this country apply to illegal immigrants?
The way I see it, illegal immigrants aren’t citizens of America. They are here illegally and that is basically a non-militaristic invasion of this country. So why should laws of murder, freedom of speech, or anything else apply to them?
I am not saying it’s alright for them to murder, I am saying it should be alright for us to murder them since our laws don’t apply to them.
The reason why immigrants come here is from fear. So let’s have them fear us!

Back then that wasn’t a problem, they didn’t come here and soak up tax dollars and destroy the economy.

One could ask the same question about your great great grandparents.
Edit: You’re right, white immigrants were never ever accused of being destructive influences on American society. The Irish, Italian, Polish, and German immigrants came over and immediately and peacefully assimilated into American culture and everyone loved them immediately. They were greeted with hugs as they came off the boats. Before that, the English were embraced with open arms by the Native Americans and never caused any problems for them either. They all lived side by side in perfect harmony and unity.
