Answer by Government is a gun to your head
Globalization means one criminal regime supports another.
Your teacher wants to hear that the arms race has proliferated guns around the world, and that the collapse of the superpower competition hs created a power vacuum for private criminals. That is a lie, but school is all about lying well.
Answer by Bill SWell in some situations, I’ll use China as an example, The rise of Communism that took away the great philosopher Confucius. Organized crime / black marketeering, became a common practice as a form of national passive resistance (very much a part of the Philosophy of Chinese Kung Fu) against the Communist government that is in control today. In other regions of the World, like the United States of America, Caribbean Islands, Westernized Central & South America, Europe, Westernized Africa, it has become a way of circumventing laws that either have abolished slavery of our fellow human beings, or a means of gaining power and wealth, because they were so poor and oppressed, growing up as children and treated unfairly by older bullies, whom were in gangs for the same reasons that the new generation of older bullies, whom want revenge for their mistreatment over the years they weren’t able to defend themselves, or possibly to overthrow governments that may be friendly to anti terrorism efforts of the West. You can find a lot more information on Yahoo.com / Google or Wikipedia search engines.
I hope this helps you with your research,
